Still Waters – Booking Summary & Guest Info

Booking & Payment

• • A £100 security deposit secures your booking and is refunded after your stay, minus any damage or excess cleaning.

• • Full payment is due 30 days before your holiday begins.

• • Bookings made less than 30 days  before arrival must be paid in full at the time of booking.

Cancellations & Refunds

• • Cancel within 30 days before your stay: 100% refund.

• • Cancel within 15 days before your stay: 50% refund.

• • Cancel within 7 days of your stay: no refund.

• • 14-day “cooling-off” period after booking applies, provided the holiday hasn’t started.

Arrival & Departure

• • Check-in time is from 2:00 PM.

• • Check-out time is by 10:00 AM.

• • Early arrivals are not permitted unless arranged in advance.

During Your Stay

• • Maximum occupancy: 6 People.

• • All guest names and ages must be submitted before arrival.

• • Pets are not permitted.

• • Smoking and vaping are not allowed indoors. Vaping is allowed on the decking, but smoking is not.

• • Charging electric vehicles (EVs) from the caravan is not permitted. Please use designated on-site EV chargers.

• • Please report any damage or issues upon arrival and during your stay.

• • Be considerate of neighbours—no loud music, shouting, or disruptive behaviour.

Entertainment Passes

• • Entertainment passes are not included in your holiday cost.

• • Passes can be arranged through us at cost price.

• • All prices and terms are set by Away Resorts and are subject to their policies.

Your Responsibilities

• • Keep the caravan secure and tidy throughout your stay.

• • Dispose of all rubbish in the designated park bins before leaving.

• • Leave the property clean and tidy.

• • Any damage or missing items may be deducted from your deposit.

What’s Not Allowed

• • Bringing undisclosed pets or extra guests.

• • Charging electric vehicles using the caravan’s electrical system.

• • Smoking indoors or on the decking.

• • Use of illegal substances or dangerous items.

• • Causing a nuisance or disturbance to others.

• • Any breach of rules may result in eviction without refund.
